2019 08 12      Opened project after some time and the MFCs were ordered as mln/min. Software does not understand this.

2018 10 23      Max flow limit for MFC was in some cases calculated so that the result was one digit too large.
                Using this flow resulted in 0-flow.
                Likewise in some cases the MFC seems to be unable to achieve the smallest continuous flow.

                Added moving average to better reflect gas mixture at process, sample size is defined in the ini file.
                Different type totalizers for various gas tables now scale properly, was necessary for pulsed flow.
