There is water leakage in the water cooling system of my base unit. What should I do?
Water leakage in the water cooling system of the ProboStat™ base unit is a consequence of misuse. If cooling water drips out of the base unit (not from the hose contacts) there is a leakage in the water cooling O-rings interior of the base unit. This can be a result of water line blockage or temperature decomposition of the O-rings. First, check that water inlet and outlet are not blocked. If the above does not help, the water cooling cylinder should be disassembled, which is a considerable task. Contact us for further assistance, or send the base unit to us for repair. |
