MOSEAA - Miniature Oxygen SEnsor Automated Assembly
Many desktop oxygen measurement solutions have large internal volume and require >10 mln/min flow of gas for responsive measurements of pO2. When the flow is less, end users typically have to build their oxygen measurement system themselves. MOSEAA offers a turnkey solution for low flow applications.
- Ready to use oxygen partial pressure measurement system for low flows
- Miniaturized volumes for < 10 mln/min flow of gas
- Measurement range 10-35 to 1 atm of pO2
- Measured gas at atmospheric pressure only (other pressures on request)
- Utilizes sensor chip with internal reference, no reference gas required
- ~6k €
Measurement cell:
- Upflow and sensor chamber volumes, ~0.1 ml each
- Downflow (after sensor) > 0.5 ml
- 35 cm high, 15 x 15 cm footprint
Cell heating system:
- Low voltage DC power supply
- Cell temperature self equilibriating, ~600ºC
- Insulated, surface < 50 ºC
Measurement instrument:
- Compact high quality data acquisition module with >1 G Ω input impedance
- Measures: Sensor voltage, S-thermocouple, cold junction compensation
- LAN connection to computer (cable included)
Software:
- Singe .exe file without any prerequisites or frameworks
- For Windows operating system (computer not included)
- Log temperature, pO2 and/or raw measurement data continuously
- Adjustable measurement frequency
- Plot data on screen; text table and graph
- Save/export; graph as .png, data as .csv
