NORECS does not collect any information on the users using this website, other than what the user themselves submit via enquiry form or subscription to the newsletter mailing list.

This Privacy Policy specifies how NORECS uses and protects any information that you give when using this website. It also includes information we obtain from our distributors and agents.
Information collected website visitors
No personal information is collected on visitors of this website unless they register on the newsletter mailing list or submit an enquiry form.
In case subscribing to the newsletter, only an email address is stored. In case of enquiry form is submitted, we keep all the information the user has provided.
What we do with the information we gather
This information is saved in an archive maintained for the sole purpose of servicing customers who contact NORECS regarding our products or services. Communications with the customers may be via mail, telephone or email, and will only contain information relevant to an incoming request for our products or services.
The personal and professional information that the customer provides to NORECS is held in the strictest confidence. We will not sell, rent, lease or give away personal information except as outlined below.
- We are occasionally asked by new customers to speak to existing users of NORECS products. In that event, we always obtain the permission of the user to forward contact details.
- NORECS sends out periodic mailings that are e-mailed to our contacts who have actively expressed interest for receiving such information. Each e-mail incorporates prominent instructions for immediate removal from our mailing list.
- If you are located in a country outside Norway in which NORECS has a distributor/agent, we may forward your contact information to the distributor/agent so that you can receive local support.

NORECS does not use cookies on our website visitors.
We place pixel tags and web beacons in our emails containing our regular newsletters, to measure the effectiveness of our email campaigns by identifying the email addresses that open and act upon the message.

NORECS database and email data is kept on a Norwegian internet service providers host computer (that is physically located in Norway and governed by Norwegian law), and on NORECS personnel computers.
How long we keep your information
We may keep the information provided to us as indefinitely.
