Can I use the ProboStat for thermal conductivity measurements?
It is important to understand a difference between measurements of temperature dependence of conductivity and thermal conductivity. In the first case, the electrical conductivity is measured as a function of temperature. The ProboStat is designed, in particularly, for this measurement. The thermal conductivity is the property of a material to conduct heat, and cannot be measured with the ProboStat. |
